Our Mission

To better the world through innovating and crafting user-centric lighting products

Brand History

Have you ever wondered how to make the world a better place? We have. Well-Done Industrial began the journey in 2005 as a small automotive lighting business. Being environmentally conscious, we were alarmed by how energy-inefficient mainstream lighting technology was back then, so we tried to bring more sustainable options to market without any consideration of profit. It worked. The initiative swiftly led to the first products being designed and manufactured under the OLEDONE brand. First HID, then LED, our products gained traction without the help of advertising, purely by word-of-mouth. Even we were surprised. In hindsight, we believe the secret lay in our craftsmanship and attention to detail – what the name“Well-Done” signifies. Added to the mix is the user-centric philosophy we uphold – we help users achieve their needs, not ours.

We have since made it our mission to change the world for the better through the promotion of eco-friendly solutions, leading the lighting industry in innovation. Our expertise lies in agricultural lighting, yet we have witnessed our products used in a range of other applications. Certified by ISO9001 and IATF16949, we have gained the trust of the major manufacturers specializing in trucking, off-road vehicles, commercial vehicles, forestry, construction, cleaning, mining and of course agricultural machinery. We also provide a one-stop OEM/ODM service, taking responsibility for R&D, mass production, and delivery.
